You will receive your bill from Infomedics

In our practice, we are happy to give you full attention and good care. That’s why we work with Infomedics to send and collect our bills. This means you will receive a bill for care from Infomedics each month. The bill lists care services. In the freestanding setting, five different care services are possible:

  • Diagnostics consultation: in diagnostics, your practitioner/intaker investigates what is going on with you, what issues are affecting you;
  • consultation treatment: in treatment, you engage in a conversation with your practitioner with the goal of making your problems manageable;
  • peer consultation: if your practitioner finds it necessary for your treatment to consult with an outside colleague;
  • travel time: if the practitioner has to come to you;
  • Group consultations: if you are doing group therapy.

The rate for these services depends on the profession of your practitioner and the length of the consultation. In group therapy, in addition, group size plays a role, how many participants the group has on that day.
